Start with the napkin laying flat. Make accordion pleats on top of each other. Fold the napkin in half at the center. Slide the ring up over the folded center. Spread out the fan.Napkin Ring Fan
Ease of Folding: The Napkin Ring Fan is easy to make and takes little time.
Fabric: Moderately stiff napkin fabric is required so that the fan will hold its shape.
Precision: Careful folding of the acccordian pleats results in a fan with evenly spaced folds.
Notes: This fan is generally used laying flat on the table or plate. It can, however, also be displayed standing in a glass.
